The Challenge

Our client was in need of 29 quality assurance testers to support three (3) simultaneous projects:

  • Guidewire™ Conversion Project - Converting an eclectic IT environment with proprietary applications to Guidewire
  • Platform Consolidation Project - Migration of a legacy platform to the customer’s NextGen™ application across all lines of business
  • Paperless Initiative Project - Allowing customers the option of eliminating paper records and handling all transactions online
The Solution

The estimated project timeline was one quarter and required testers with the following skill sets:

  • Test Case Development
  • Test Case Execution
  • Creating SQL™ Queries utilizing TOAD and DB Visualizer
  • Programming
  • Manual and Automated Testing
The Result

All testing and Agile development was completed on time and within budget. Our client’s IT environment is now equipped with a fully customized product suite that manages each of their lines of business, thus creating full online transactional transparency. In addition, this new environment has enabled our client to successfully migrate their NextGen applications across all business functions.
