The Challenge

A global food manufacturer specializing in ingredients had successfully deployed SAP™ software to its offices around the world. Their next challenge was to find training experts to provide rapid onsite training for their global key and end user communities. They engaged Oxford Global Resources to deliver and coordinate onsite training across multiple regions, time zones and languages.

The Solution

We delivered more than 50 consultants on SAP™ training assignments to assist with the rollout. Tasks included localizing and updating training materials, setting up training systems, and delivering training to ensure knowledge transfer. Most consultants needed to be bilingual in order to fulfill their objective.

We sent consultants to our client’s sites in the following countries:

  • Latin America – Mexico, Brazil, Costa Rica, Panama, Argentina
  • Europe – France, Italy, United Kingdom, Russia, Ukraine
  • Asia Pacific – Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, China, New Zealand
The Result

Our world-class training teams ensured that all the key milestones of the global training program were achieved on schedule and within budget — in all 15 countries. They also completed all required training documentation. Overall, our teams maintained a 90% retention rate, an indicator of the consistently high level of satisfaction our client experienced.
