The Challenge

A global systems integrator established a large acquisition project, which included Microsoft consolidation, infrastructure and security. The scope entailed the migration of 30,000 mailboxes within a year. Our client was six weeks behind schedule, facing significant financial penalties and legal conflicts if the deadline was not met, so they turned to Oxford for project management expertise.

We supported the client’s consolidation project with an Oxford industry expert. The consultant’s extensive experience in Office 365™ and Microsoft™ cloud platforms included more than 125 projects and the migration of over a million people. He stepped in to lead as technical architect of the global project team, impacting more than 50 countries.
