Environmental Monitoring Trainer

Location: West Columbia, SC

Project Details:
* Responsible for advanced knowledge and end user training on the electronic health record system in accordance with the curriculum developed by Instructional Designers.
* Conducts regular day-to-day communication with IT staff members and application end users
* Able to troubleshoot, refer, problem-solve concerns about application questions and workflow
* Schedules and enrolls learners in training courses
* Delivery of formal classroom training; provide at-the-elbow and remote (phone, web, and e-mail) training support for end users of the system.
* Provides support and solutions to end user software questions
* Ability to coach and assist end users in real-time application utilization
* Creates and maintains training materials to ensure system workflow changes are updated for training purposes.
* Supports the education instructional design under the guidance of instructional designers, training specialists or designated leaders.
* Provides input into the curriculum design/scripts for classes, including sharing concerns or issues with the system
* Participate in testing of application updates and/or conduct audits of system if necessary
Job Experience:
* Effective coaching and team building skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Able to learn and train healthcare workflows to all end users
* Able to perform end user call support
* Able to contribute to end user training materials, guides and tools
Pay Range:
$0 - 1/hr
