The challenge
To support these educational activities, we built a local team of six full-time consultants working in a hybrid model of 70% on-site and 30% remote.
These individuals included three Medical Educational Project Managers and three Medical Educational Specialists. They provide support within immunology, hematology, and oncology. In addition, our internal Oxford team handled such tasks as management oversight, program controls, workforce management, and support services.
Responsibilities included but were not limited to :
We built a dedicated, stable, co-managed team for the client. We regularly meet with the senior consultant on the project to ensure any possible issues are handled immediately. As an additional layer of oversight, monthly meetings with the client were held to provide an overview of the project’s current status, the team’s accomplishments, the mitigation of identified risks, and future planning.
