The Challenge

Our client, a leading Tier 1 automotive supplier, was working on several innovative technology projects for two prominent German OEMs. These projects included incorporating LiDAR technology into the OEM’s products. Since our client had not previously incorporated these technologies into the OEM’s product line, they did not have the internal knowledge nor the resources needed to meet tight project deadlines. In an effort to maintain their competitive advantage within the market, our client required a partner to mitigate these resource gaps.

The Solution

We deployed our European-based recruiters who specialize in the automotive industry, and they were able to quickly source quality resources to support the projects. Because the candidates were well suited to support the initiative, the client retained 98% of all consultants deployed throughout the initial duration of the project. The client also selected us to continue placing resources throughout the new phase of this multi-million dollar project, as well as to support additional projects within the client’s IT department.
