The Challenge

A healthcare organization was undergoing an Epic implementation as their new EMR system. Ultimately, this plan would allow them to move their systems to Amazon Web Services™ (AWS) and continue their journey to becoming data center free within three years. However, the existing partners were unable to fully staff the implementation build and training aspects of the project. The client required senior-level, Epic-certified consultants to help with the initiative.
